• 　

• ・お客様のご都合による返金・返品・交換は、受け付けておりません。

• ・ご注文商品と異なった商品や配送途中の事故により破損した商品が届きましたら、 大変お手数ですが、商品到着後７日以内に当店までご連絡下さい。

  送料当店負担で早急に新品と交換または返金させていただきます。

• ・ただし下記の商品については返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。

• １　開封済み（内袋）の商品

• ２　お客様にて、傷や汚れが発生した場合

• ３　郵送時の箱がない場合

• ４　商品ページに返品できない旨を記載している商品の場合

•  

• ・返品にかかる全ての送料は弊社が負担させていただきます。

• ・返金は、商品が弊社に到着・状態確認後、30営業日以内にお支払いいたします。

•  

• リングサイズが合わない場合には、未使用に限り、ご購入から1週間以内はサイズ交換を承っております。

• また、使用されたリングの場合につきましては、ご購入から1ヵ月は無料、1ヵ月以降は有料にてサイズ直しを承っております。

• (製品のデザイン・素材によりサイズ直しが出来ない場合もございます。)

• 日本の工房でサイズ直しができる場合は、国内では２週間以内でお届けいたします。インドにてサイズ直し・交換が必要な場合には４週間ほどお時間をいただいております。

返送について

 

• 返品・交換の際には、お電話もしくはメールにてご連絡の上、ご返送ください。

  また、ご返送の際には、お客様のお名前・ご住所・電話番号もしくはメールアドレスをご同封いただきますようお願いいたします。

  返品・交換の商品は弊社よりお届けした状態のまま(パッケージに入れた状態で)ご返送ください。

  なお、事故防止のため簡易書留や宅配便のご利用をお願いいたします。

  また、送り状の控えは、交換品がお手元に届くまで、もしくは返金の手続きが完了するまで必ず保管くださいますようお願いいたします。

返金について

 

• ご返品確認後、ご返金手続きをとらせていただきます。

  ご返金につきましては商品代金のみとなります。（送料は返金対象外）

• 返金は、商品が弊社に到着・状態確認後、30営業日以内にお支払いいたします。

• About returns, refunds and exchanges

   

• ・ We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

  ・ If you receive a product that is different from the ordered product or is damaged due to an accident during delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

  Shipping fee We will replace or refund the product as soon as possible at our expense.

  ・ However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products.

  Opened (inner bag) product

  When the customer has scratches or stains

  If there is no box at the time of mailing

  In the case of a product that states that it cannot be returned on the product page

  ・ We will bear all shipping charges for returned goods.

  ・ Refunds will be made within 30 business days after the product arrives at our company and the condition is confirmed.

 
 

• If the ring size does not match, we will exchange the size within one week from the purchase (excluding engraved products) as long as it is unused. In addition, in the case of the used ring, we accept resize for free for one month from the purchase and for a fee after one month. .

  If the size can be resized at a Japanese workshop, it can be delivered within 2 weeks in Japan. If it need to resize or exchanging in India, it will take about 4 weeks.

 

About return

When returning or exchanging, please contact us by phone or email and return it.
Please include your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address when returning the product. Please return the returned or exchanged product as it was delivered by us (in the package).
In addition, please use simple registered mail or courier service to prevent accidents.
In addition, please be sure to keep a copy of the invoice until you receive the replacement or until the refund procedure is completed.
 

Refund

• After confirming the return, we will process the refund.

• Refunds will only be for the product price. (Shipping fee is not refundable)

• Refund will be paid within 30 business days after the item arrives at our company and the condition is confirmed.
